Richard Jonker

Richard Jonker is NETGEAR’s Vice President of Business Development, AV-over-IP, APAC & EMEA. Jonker is a seasoned international executive with 25+ years of global management experience in the tech sector. Richard joined NETGEAR in 2007 as Country Manager Benelux, building consumer and SMB sales channels in Belgium and Netherlands. In 2010 he assumed a new role within NETGEAR as Managing Director and in 2011 as Vice President, Emerging Markets. In 2015 Jonker transferred to NETGEAR’s headquarters in San Jose, Silicon Valley and assumed the role of VP product management for commercial products. In 2021, Richard joined the effort of NETGEAR to grow in AV-over-IP, focusing on vendor relations and business development in Europe.
Julian Carro
Evangelist @Audinate
Since joining Audinate in 2017, Julian has focussed on working with both partners and customers in their adoption of Dante technology, bringing the benefits of IT networking to professional AV for a diverse range of projects and installations across EMEA. An evangelist of the benefits of AVoIP, Julian has a networking and video conferencing background, and prior to Audinate defined and implemented a number of projects designed around the advantages of a connected ecosystem.
Tim Godby
Product Marketing Manager @Bolin Technology
Tim Godby is the Product Marketing Manager for Bolin Technology. He has over forty years of experience in Pro Audio, Video, and Lighting as a consumer, a professional, and a consultant. In addition to Dante AV marketing, Tim provides Dante AV content and training for Bolin's U.S. and global partners. One of his favourite responsibilities is to be a Dante AV tour guide in virtual demonstrations and in-person shows.
Wim van Dijk
Owner @NetChange
Wim van Dijk is the owner of Netchange a Dutch specialist distributor and reseller for AVoIP. Wim started about 20 years ago with audio streaming over the internet for Houses of Worship. This was the time of dial-up modems and extremely limited available bandwidth. Since 2010 video streaming became his main topic, involving more and more professional use cases that increased in complexity. Today Wim’s AVoIP area of expertise stretches across managed and unmanaged networks involving video capture, streaming, IPTV, NDI, Dante AV, ST2110 and Test & Measure. Application industries range from Houses of Worship to Broadcast, Events, Medical, Education and beyond. Wim’s motto: you cannot stop the wave, but you can learn to surf.
